Quantum Wi-Fi Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the collection, use, and dissemination of information arising from the utilization, subscription, or interaction with the products, services, applications, websites, or networks operated by Quantum Wi-Fi, as referenced in this Policy. For the purposes of this document, these shall be collectively referred to as "Products or Services." The scope of this Policy encompasses voice, data, internet, and other related products, services, and applications.
This Policy applies to any individual who engages with Quantum Wi-Fi's Products or Services under a given account, except where alternative privacy policies or terms are explicitly designated. The account holder bears the responsibility of ensuring that all users under their account comprehend and consent to the stipulations herein.
Special Circumstances and Exceptions
There exist specific circumstances where this Policy may not be applicable, or where it may be supplemented by additional privacy policies or legal provisions. Certain Quantum Wi-Fi services, such as FirstNet, are subject to distinct privacy policies or supplementary privacy terms and conditions. Certain affiliates of Quantum Wi-Fi, maintain independent privacy policies applicable to data acquired through their own products, services, and applications. Nevertheless, any data subject to this Policy that is shared with such affiliates shall remain protected in accordance with its provisions.
Additionally, certain jurisdictions, including the State of Florida, mandate the adoption of distinct privacy terms and legal commitments pursuant to local regulatory requirements, including compliance with the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) and other relevant state privacy laws. In some instances, when users interact with Quantum Wi-Fi's Products or Services, information may be collected concurrently by third-party entities, thereby rendering such data subject to multiple privacy policies simultaneously.

Quantum Wi-Fi collects a broad spectrum of information pertaining to its users, their interactions with its Products or Services, and their respective devices and equipment. Such data includes, but is not limited to, account information, web browsing activity, application usage, equipment identifiers, network performance metrics, and location-based data. Biometric information, encompassing unique biological identifiers such as fingerprints, voiceprints, or facial geometry scans, may also be collected, subject to the terms of Quantum Wi-Fi's Biometric Information Privacy Notice.

Data collection occurs through multiple channels, including direct provision by users, automated data retrieval from devices utilizing Quantum Wi-Fi's Products or Services, and acquisition from third-party sources such as credit reporting agencies, marketing databases, and publicly accessible records.
Use of Collected Data
The utilization of collected data serves multiple legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to the provision and enhancement of Quantum Wi-Fi's Products and Services, customer support, network security, fraud prevention, marketing initiatives, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Quantum Wi-Fi may leverage this data to analyze user engagement, improve service delivery, and design personalized marketing strategies. However, Quantum Wi-Fi does not employ the content of user communications, such as text messages, emails, or telephone calls, for marketing or advertising purposes.
Sharing of User Data
Quantum Wi-Fi shares user information under carefully controlled circumstances, including intra-company dissemination among Quantum Wi-Fi affiliates, disclosure to third-party vendors for service provision, and legal compliance with governmental or judicial directives. When sharing information with non-affiliated third parties for the facilitation of services such as fraud prevention, identity verification, or transaction authorization, Quantum Wi-Fi mandates that such entities adhere to stringent confidentiality and security standards. Users retain the ability to control certain aspects of information sharing through designated privacy preference management mechanisms.
Legal Compliance and Government Requests
In compliance with applicable legal requirements, Quantum Wi-Fi may disclose personal data to governmental authorities, law enforcement entities, or other authorized third parties pursuant to valid legal processes, such as subpoenas, court orders, or statutory mandates. Users may exercise control over certain data-sharing activities through Quantum Wi-Fi's privacy preference management portal.
Data Security Measures
Quantum Wi-Fi employs robust technological and organizational safeguards to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. These safeguards include encryption, access controls, and authentication protocols to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information. However, while Quantum Wi-Fi implements stringent security measures, it cannot guarantee absolute protection against all potential security breaches. In the event of a security incident, affected users shall be notified in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), which mandates timely breach notifications to affected residents and regulatory authorities.
International Data Transfers
Data collected by Quantum Wi-Fi may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside the user's country of residence, including within the United States or other locations where Quantum Wi-Fi or its affiliates maintain data processing facilities. Where data transfers occur across international borders, Quantum Wi-Fi employs legally recognized mechanisms to ensure continued protection in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Data Retention and Disposal
User data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill business, legal, or regulatory obligations, following which it is securely disposed of in accordance with industry best practices. Users may request to review and amend their account information by contacting Quantum Wi-Fi through the designated communication channels outlined in this Policy.
Policy Updates and Changes
Quantum Wi-Fi reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or technological advancements. Any material modifications shall be communicated through prominent notices on Quantum Wi-Fi's digital platforms, with reasonable advance notice provided before such changes take effect.
Children's Privacy
Quantum Wi-Fi does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 13 without parental consent. Where such data is inadvertently collected, appropriate measures shall be taken to ensure compliance with applicable child privacy protection laws.
